Terms of Service

These terms are a summary pending final legal review.

RUO Pilot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by RUO PILOT LLC. By using the platform, merchants agree to the following:

• RUO Pilot provides software and tooling only. It is not a merchant of record and does not sell physical products.
• Each merchant connects and operates its own Stripe account and is the merchant of record for its own sales.
• RUO Pilot charges a software platform fee for use of the service.
• Acceptable use requires accurate, disclosed, research-use-only operation. Misrepresentation or prohibited use may result in suspension.
• Each merchant is solely responsible for the legal status of its own products and for compliance with applicable law, with its own counsel.
